Hydration is key. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to help your body flush out toxins and stay hydrated during your sauna session.

Wear loose-fitting clothing as it’s a lot easier to change back into after a sweaty session.
Eat a light meal. Avoid eating a heavy meal before your session, as this can make you feel uncomfortable. A light meal such as fruits, vegetables, or yogurt will give you the energy you need without weighing you down
We provide all towels and even cold towels to use during your session.

As long as you stay hydrated, you can go about your daily business after your session. However, to fully enjoy your post-sweat glow, we recommend taking it fairly easy for an hour or so. As your body naturally cools down, you can expect an additional 20-30 minutes of continued sweating.
